Job Description

1. The chairman is responsible to the Lodge First vice Chief.

2. Responsible for planning and conducting all Lodge ceremonies and maintenance of the Lodge ceremonial grounds.

3. Coordinates candidates during the ordeal with the Ordeal, Elangomat, and Brotherhood committees.

4. Responsible for training a team for conclave competitions.

5. Responsible for maintaining Lodge costumes.

6. Attends all executive committee and Lodge meetings, calling the appropriate officer when a legitimate reason prevents from attending a function.  Always provides a report for each meeting and submits important information to Communications.
