Job Description

  1. The chairman is responsible to the Lodge Second vice Chief.

  2. The chairman must attend Council of Chief's meetings.  If the chairman cannot attend, he is responsible to find a replacement so the Lodge can earn the conclave participation award.
  3. Responsible for Monaken Lodge's part in the conclave.
  4. When our Lodge hosts the Conclave, this position is responsible for the other subcommittees connected to hosting such an event.
  5. Attends all executive committee and Lodge meetings, calling the appropriate officer when a legitimate reason prevents from attending a function.  Always provides a report for each meeting and submits important information to Communications.

Conclave 2009 will be at Heritage Scout Reservation on May 29-31, 2009. If you are interested, contact Seth or Paul.
