The chairman is responsible to the Lodge Treasurer.

Responsible for planning menus at all Lodge events, securing cooks and necessary staffing, without maintaining too many or not enough help during weekends. (With the exception of the Vigil Breakfast).
- Attends all executive committee and Lodge meetings, calling the appropriate officer when a legitimate reason prevents from attending a function. Always provides a report for each meeting and submits important information to Communications.
As an offer for any volunteers in the kitchen, there is a chance for any Arrowmen who displays cheerfulness and diligence in the kitchen to receive a participation patch for free. Every potential recipient must be approved by John Grimes and the head cook, if interested in helping in the kitchen during a weekend, email John at dak123563@msn.com.
Also, we are looking for 2-3 adults who are interested in helping with the cracker-barrel at all OA events. This will allow our youth Brothers to enjoy the activities and spend some time with the Brothers, if interested in helping in the kitchen during a weekend, email John at dak123563@msn.com.
