Job Description

1. The chairman is responsible to the Lodge Secretary.

2. Responsible for maintaining membership records of the Lodge both at the Lodge and Council levels for verifying membership in the BSA.

   1. Responsible to keep membership cards and procedures at the council, and Lodge events.
   2. Assts in registration at lodge events
3. Attends all executive committee and Lodge meetings, calling the appropriate officer when a legitimate reason prevents from attending a function.  Always provides a report for each meeting and submits important information to Communications.
