January Executive Board Weekend - January 9-10, 2010
American Philatelic Society (Bellefonte Match Factory), Bellefonte, PA
Registration - $10.00 for the weekend
Registration starts at 8:30am on Saturday with program kicking off at 9:00am. We will be going to a restaurant in Bellefonte for dinner. There will be an Executive Board Meeting then on Sunday morning.
Members staying the night will need to bring a cot or something to sleep on. There is no cots available at the Match Factory.
This is the second training weekend for the Lodge Executive Board. This weekend will focus on the planning for upcoming year, Committee Recruitment, and membership services.
Brothers interested in learning more about the Executive Board and committees are invited to a free luncheon from 12:00-1:00pm on Saturday. Registration begins at 11:45am. Participants who are interested in coming must register online or at the Council Office.
