The Conclave

The Section Conclave is an annual event where the four lodge from the Northeast Region Section NE-4B get together for fellowship, competitions, and lots of fun while celebrating the traditions of the Order of the Arrow. Scouts from across western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland have a blast participating in numerous special events, games, activities, fun, ceremony and dance competitions, awesome shows, and so much more....

Cubclave

All Cub Scouts and Packs are invited to join Section NE-4B at Cubclave for a day of fun and excitement on June 8.

Memorial Wall

In keeping with this year's theme, we will feature a memorial wall in which participants will be able to display their family members to honor their service.

Volunteer

To help make Conclave 2019 a memorable experience for all attendees, we are looking for Brothers to serve on a variety of staff positions, including: commissary, shows, activities, training, first aid, security, service, Cub Scouting, and more....
